Designed by internationally renowned architect Helmut Jahn, the building was initially imagined as condominiums, but due to shifting market conditions, ownership moved to a luxury rental concept. After pausing for the pandemic, the project is now proceeding under the supervision of Jahn’s long-time colleague and partner, Philip Castillo.
